• Candidate data must comply with UK GDPR
• Employers must independently verify candidates

• Posting fake or fraudulent job listings
• Scraping or automated data extraction
• Uploading harmful or unlawful content
• Circumventing platform controls
• Using the platform for non-recruitment purposes

All platform content, design, and software are owned by or licensed to us. You retain ownership of your uploaded content but grant us a limited licence to display and process it for platform operations.

The platform is provided on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee job outcomes or listing accuracy. Liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms without notice. You may close your account at any time via account settings.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of their courts.
